Laundry Care Centers

Many of our apartments and townhomes include en suite laundry. If your home does not, you will have access to modern laundry rooms in every building. Our new machines use the Laundry Cat app, so you can pay right from your phone, check cycle status, and receive a notification when your laundry is finished.

Roommate Change

Need to add or remove a roommate? Oak Hill residents can submit a roommate change request through our online process. Requests generally take 7 to 10 business days to process, and additional requirements apply when adding a new roommate.
