Whether you’ve lost your keys or simply need a spare set, we’re here to help you access your home or mailbox at
There is a $7 fee to replace lost apartment or mailbox keys, and $15 to replace your swipe card. Please contact the Management Office at 412-682-5288 or fill out the form below to request replacement keys or swipe card.
For roommates entering into an existing lease please make arrangements with the outgoing roommate to pick up keys and swipe card.
