How do I join?

During the online application process, you’ll pay a $300 deposit. When you move in, this deposit will go towards your first month’s rent
From there, you and all roommates who are over the age of 18 will fill out your applications entirely online.
Important information about the application process
The deposit and proof of income (two most recent paystubs, tax forms, completed guarantor form, or verification of income letter from your employer) must be received within 7 days of initial application. Employment Verification-Monthly rent not to exceed 39% of the household’s gross monthly income. International students are required to submit their passports and I-20 forms. Additionally, all roommates will need to complete the future resident club agreement. This document will be sent to you from your leasing agent once your application is received. .
Each roommate must submit an ID and application and be approved by management. All parties are equally responsible for the lease contract, payment, and non-payment of rent. All documents must be received by the Leasing Office and must be approved by Management.
If we do not have a response from you within 72-hours of contacting you for an available apartment for your move in date, this offer is considered declined and we will offer it to the next member. Additionally, you will lose your spot on the waitlist.
We’re flexible
The prices on this page are based on 11-12 month lease. But if you’re looking for a shorter lease term, that totally works too. Be sure to let your leasing agent know you are looking for a short term lease. Here are the additional monthly prices for shorter leases:
10% premium for 6 to 8 month leases
6% premium for 9 to 10 months leases
