This page will cover useful information specific to Oak Hill Apartments and will also provide information about our bigger community and neighborhoods of Pittsburgh.
Our Community:
Management Office- Is located at 280 Burrows Street (Letter J on the community map). There are many reasons why you would visit our management office. 24 hour rent payment, service request or parking stickers. 412-682-5288
Service Requests- Please call 866-777-4587 for emergency or non-emergency work orders for service.
Package Delivery Service- This service is for our current residents that are officially signed up in our Leasing Office.  Our Leasing Team will accept your package and hold it for you.
  • There is a $5.00 per month fee in order to take advantage of this special service. (check or money order only, $50 to sign up for the full year)
  • Residents that are signed up need to be sure that your name is on the package and your package is addressed to 3078 Terrace Street, Pittsburgh PA 15213.
  • We will accept deliveries from UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, DHL and Airborne Express.
  • Please do not address to the packages to the above mentioned address if you are not signed up for this service or we will deny the package.
  • Please give our Leasing Office a call or stop by to sign up.  412-802-7500
Parking Stickers-In order to be approved for parking at Oak Hill, you will need a sticker.  Please bring with you the following: 
  • driver’s license
  • car registration
  • proof of insurance. 
Extra Sets of Keys-Upon move in you will receive a full sets of keys which included, building door, apartment door and mailbox key.   No additional or extra keys will be issued. 
Laundry Cards- Laundry Care Centers are available in all brick buildings; townhomes do not have access to Laundry Care Centers in these buildings. You can purchase a laundry card in the front entrance of the Garden Buildings 24 hours a day.  Each load is $1.00 and the card is a onetime purchase of $5.
Fitness Center- Is located at the Management Office. There is lots of equipment to take advantage of. On your first visit please bring federally issued photo identification with you to the front desk of the Management Office during office hours to receive a swipe card.  The hours of the Fitness Center are Monday through Friday 7AM to 9PM and Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 8PM

Resident Referrals-All current residents are eligible and encouraged to participate in Oak Hill Referral Program.  You will receive $200 off of one month’s rent when you refer a friend or family member who signs a 12 month lease and moves in.  Please refer all inquiries to Oak Hill Leasing Office.

Get to know your city!

Dining and Shopping on and around Oak Hill:
Ideally located in the heart of the city, Oak is conveniently located near the city’s best shopping and restaurants.  Dine at one of South Side’s trendy restaurants or shop at one of their many different boutiques and enjoy live music venues all within walking distance!  Experience some premiere shopping at Fifth Avenue Place!  South Side Works is the place to go for all your entertainment desires and premiere shopping! 
If you do not want to leave the property, visit our Market Place at the Oak Hill Market to grab a bite.  For serious grocery shoppers, Giant Eagle Supermarkets are about a 5 and 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bus ride.  Additionally Shop-N-Save is about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bus ride.
For those driving in Pittsburgh, they should be aware that many city streets are narrow and that parking can be expensive and difficult to locate.  At Oak Hill parking is free for all lease holders and their guests; there is plenty of parking at Oak Hill whether you are coming home late at night or in the middle of the day.
 If you need a vehicle for a short trip or on a temporary basis, you may consider using a service like www.ZipCar.com.
Biking, Jogging and Walking
Schenley Park is a wonderful area for walking, sightseeing, playing, or simply enjoying the serenity of the outdoors. 

Some would say Pittsburgh comes more alive in the evening hours!  There are many places that offer live entertainment!  Pittsburgh’s avid sports fans add to the flair of the city!  Catch a game at one of the city’s sports arenas- Cheer for the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park, the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field , the Pittsburgh Penguins at The PPG Paints Arena and/or the University of Pittsburgh Panther at The Petersen Event Center or Heinz Field.  If football and hockey are not your thing you can also check out The Pittsburgh Riverhounds at Highmark Stadium,Pittsburgh’s soccer team or The Pittsburgh Sledgehammers, Pittsburgh’s rugby team (http://pghrugby.com/).

Pittsburgh is home to many museums, theaters, and art galleries that contribute to the rich, diverse, and cultured narrative of the city.  The city also has many green spaces, parks and historical locations.  Explore Pittsburgh and discover some of the wonderful parks and historical sites! A great option for seeing some of the historical sites is by taking a Duck tour!
